Fall Festival-Seeking Donations for Virtual Auction

ST. JOE’S 2021 VIRTUAL AUCTION DONATION REQUEST

After the great success of last year’s very first Fall Festival virtual auction, we’ve decided to do it again this year!  While the plan is to have the Fall Festival live and in person on Sunday, September 19th, we will still be holding our auction online (items will be physically be available for viewing on-site the day of the Fall Festival).  

Items will be available for bidding starting Saturday, September 11th.  In order to make this year’s auction as successful as last year’s, we are asking for your help!   If you have item(s) you would like to donate, please send an e-mail to:

Some ideas for donations may include (but are not limited to):

1.       A week/weekend at your cabin or vacation home

2.       Host a dinner for 6

3.       Theme baskets – (Bloody Mary, Margarita, Wine & Cheese, Family Fun, Spa, etc.)

4.       Small household appliances or yard/garden tools/equipment

5.       Gift cards for local businesses (let’s help them out, too!)

6.       Yard ornament or furniture

7.       Other new items (no used items, please) 

We ask that you please e-mail us regarding any donations by September 9th.  Drop off/pick up instructions will be provided.  Our goal as always is to support our church and school.  Thank you in advance for your generosity in this endeavor!
